Go natural implements LS Retail and NAVRH.

Go Natural is a restaurant chain, headquartered in Lisbon, which has 24 shops operating in Portugal, employing more than 240 people. The company wanted to improve its information control, due to the high turnover and absenteeism of the sector, as well as the geographical dispersion of the chain’s more than 20 shops.

Joana Martorell, Go Natural CEO, explains that «the needs of the sector demanded an already proven solution», so the company decided to implement a product supported by a trademark which, according to this executive, was in itself a guaranty. The choice fell on Microsoft and the partner responsible for the implementation was Arquiconsult. The products implemented in this project were Microsoft Dynamics NAV, with the standard modules of accountancy, sales, purchases, warehouse and assets. These modules were complemented by the Arquiconsult human resources add-on, NAV RH.

During the implementation, a functionalit was developed to control the entries and exits (ou comings and goings) and consequent distribution of costs, based upon the register on the POS LS Retail system, also developed on a Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform, implemented by Arquiconsult, for the management of all shops.

In the end, the implemented solution enables, among other aspects, an automatization of operations of wage processing, automatic integration of payrolls in the financial area, in accordance with most legal requirements, the control of end of work contracts and, lastly, the automatic distribution of costs in accordance with the rotation of employees in the chain of shops.
