HR Comunication: An effective Evaluation

Evaluation should be seen as a management tool that allows us to verify the potential of each employee, to analyze if the form and the working methods can be improved (innovated or replaced) and to conclude if the business goals have been reached or not.

But a performance evaluation can only be effective if it is implemented taking into account the particularities of each job and position in the organization.
