Qmobile allows you to streamline several tasks, such as:
Post inbound movements
Simple item post in your warehouse to the physical location where they are stored, such as purchase receptions, transfers or returns from sales.
Post outbound movements
Collection ( “picking” ) of items from their physical locations and preparation for shipment, registration of shipments or sales orders.
Internal movements posts
Examples of physical movements of items at the time they occur, moving between physical locations during a replenishing of bins, or simple adjustments and transfers between locations
Physical Inventory
Inventory counts posting.
Allows you to make corrections whenever an error is detected. With QMobile, advanced physical inventory counting will also be possible by automatically creating count teams and collection warehouse counts.
Item traceability
Item traceability has never been easier. When an item with serial number or batch control is identified, user need to scan the respective number. In case of a serial number scanning, only need to scan the code without having to type in the quantity.
Smart Document Selection
When the items arrive at the warehouse, the user must select the correct document to post in. This task is complicated if there are a wide range of selectable documents. With Qmobile application, user only read one of the items and the system automatically assign it to the right order.
Manufacturing posts
Confirmation of consumptions and output productions, using released production orders in the system.
Smart Stock Query
Query the several stock statuses, by item, bin content or batch / serial number. If item traceability is unique then the system can recognize these codes instead of the item code.
Securely stored records
Whenever the user posts on the mobile device, it is stored in a local database to ensure that it is not lost. If, for example, the mobile device runs out of battery power, the user can change the battery, restart the application, reselect the device, and resume processing.
